D6 Double Dry Hopped Hazy New England Style IPA . Version 17 in our rotating hop series. Named after the Chairman of The Boards Clavinete D6 keyboard. The one that drives all the funk! Brewed with pilsner malt, white wheat malt, flaked oats, and malted oats providing a silky mouthfeel. A generous whirlpool hop addition of Nectron and El Dorado added, followed up with a double dry hop addition of Nectaron, Riwaka, and El Dorado. Plenty of dank, tropical fruity, and citrus aroma and flavor. Finishes light for drinkability. 

Stairway To The Stars Hazy Double IPA. Blast off with this juicy, hop forward hazy double IPA. Twinkling with Galaxy hops as well as Citra and Mosaic, brewed with local malts, flaked oats, and a touch of wheat. It will elevate you to the stars.

We are excited to be releasing the very limited stash of the most recent collaboration we did with Knotted Root for their anniversary celebration! Tranquil and Serene Unfiltered New Zealand Lager. Hoppy Lager focusing solely on the experimental hop, Manalita. Grasp a kettletop and shoot the breeze, please, because you're gonna be a genius anyway! Think grapefruit zest, fruit salad, and lime spritzer.

We are proud to be among several other Colorado breweries partnering with the Colorado Trail Foundation to brew our version of this Pale Ale to help raise funds to support the ongoing maintenance of The Colorado Trail. Brewed with locally grown Columbus hops and dry-hopped with Michigan Copper and locally grown Chinook and Columbus hops. Hop forward aroma, malty backbone, a very fine-fruity flavor, and kissed with a dry crisp finish. Refreshing after your long or short journey on the Colorado Trail. Cheers to 50 years!

The Colorado Trail Foundation has built and maintained The Colorado Trail for the last 50 years, and 20% of sales of this beer will support these ongoing efforts. Releases on draft today and stay tuned for fresh cans in just a few days after.

Version 2 of our fruited sour series beams down Friday. Perfectly balanced with the sweet and sour tastes of real fruits - passionfruit, guava, and orange. The love for those laser beams continues, Kitty.

Sun Spun Pale Ale has beamed down from the Saturday sun to our taps! Think peaches, and citrus, with a white wine aroma, creamy mouthfeel, and low bitterness. Crushable patio après pour starting at 12pm.

In celebration of CO Pint Day, Cliffside Kölsch is being released on tap and in cans to go! Kölsch style, clean, crisp, and delicately balanced with a subtle fruit and hop character, and kissed with a refreshing finish.

The 2nd of the Scents And Subtle Sounds DIPA pair from Over Yonder & Knotted Root will be released today in our taproom. Subtle Sounds Unfiltered DIPA was brewed with the same hop profile as Scents - Citra, Mosaic, and Freestyle Motueka with a grain bill all to its own full of 2-row, flaked wheat, white wheat, and Golden Naked Oats. The two side by side or however you prefer, produce scents you never noticed. Think colors in the landscape, textures on the town, and living one moment at a time. Flowing on tap and available in cans to go.

Scents West Coast Double IPA AND Subtle Sounds Unfiltered Double IPA each hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, each boasting a different grain bill, and each being a unique and delicious experience in its way. Try one and then try the other and you’ll find the moment never ends. Brewed together with our phriends at Knotted Root Brewing Co. not just for Collaboration Fest as it will also be flowing in the taproom and canned for distribution so we can come to your town (store) and help you party down!

Our classic fan-fav flagship returns. Single-hopped American IPA brewed with oats and LUPOMAXtm Citra hops. Fruity citrus aroma and flavor followed with a malty backbone.

Our flagship West Coast IPA returns hopped with Galaxy, Cashmere, Simcoe. Hop forward yet balanced. Low bitterness, clean, fruit juicy, and dry with a medium body and sturdy backbone. Pineapple and melon flavors with subtle pine aroma. Kissed with maltiness.

Fruit-forward Pale Lager. Mash-hopped with whole-leaf Cascade hops which releases thiols from the hops. Whirlpooled with Saaz hops for a subtle citrus flavor. Fermented with thiolized Lager yeast (Omega Lunar Crush) to produce passionfruit, guava, and citrus aromas and flavors. A crisp, complex, hoppy Lager that will please the senses whether you gravitate toward hoppiness or not. Look for this collaboration with Green Mountain Beer Company at Collaboration Fest 2024!
