We took our English Old Ale with it’s honey, elderberry, and dark fruit flavors and aged a small batch of it for over 12 months in a Deerhammer American Oak Heavy Toast Char #2 bourbon barrel. This aging brought out delectable caramel, warm caramel apple, and bourbon characteristics with a pleasing sweet bourbon malt finish. 12% ABV.
